In 2023 we held our first FLOWER & SOUND Sound bath and by popular demand, this small group experience is to offer a more intimate and deeper sensory experience.

This is our 4th year offering these unique sessions. Every single client we have served has been transformed.
ENERGY SPA DAYS were inspired by the need to relieve the built up of stress that accumulate and creates a disconnection from ourselves.
I'lll be rolling out the NEW Vibracoustic table in these sessions. NOTHING LIKE IT. Vibrational precision frequencies calmly vibrating the table during session the entire session.

At the Spring Equinox, the Earth reaches a moment of true balance, with the Sun positioned over the equator and both hemispheres receiving nearly equal light and darkness.
This brief equilibrium marks a threshold, as the Northern Hemisphere begins its gradual tilt toward the Sun and the energy of the planet shifts from rest into renewal. The land, the body, and natural rhythms quietly awaken in response to increasing light and warmth.
This moment reflects The Gentle Opening, a pause where balance is felt before movement begins. It is a time that supports soft renewal rather than forceful change, inviting the nervous system to settle and recalibrate.
Through sound and stillness, we align with the Earth’s natural rhythm of rebirth and balance. In honoring this turning point, we allow space for renewal to unfold with ease and intention.
