• Bring yoga mat + blanket  & small pillow
• Something to throw over eyes (optional)

Sometimes what we call stress is often the experience of being too far away from ourselves for too long. We keep going until there is no room left to notice what we actually feel or need....even REST.

Where we need to begin is right at the moment we decide to stop. 

SVOUND Sound baths are for a poweful place to receive the healing benefits of sound thereapy that stay with you for days, even weeks.

We end the session with a short meditation.

SVOUND Energy SPA DAYS are 2 hour sessions designed to offer an incredibly deep experience that goes far beyond the norm. Two practitioners work with you simultaneously, providing hands on Reiki healing while vibrational sound waves move up and down the spine, guiding the nervous system into a profound state of calm that most people have never experienced before.

Beyond relaxing, this is true restoration. An UNPARALLELED experience.

We offer SPA DAYS one weekend each month. This is for everyone.
