Your brain normally filters most sensory information to prevent overload - you don't consciously notice every texture, sound, or visual detail around you.

ENERGY SPA DAYS were inspired by the need to relieve the built up  of stress that accumulate and creates a disconnection from ourselves.

Our NEW ADDITION: the Vibracoustic table creates calming vibrational frequencies + deep ethereal music to deeply relax the body (from head to toe)  in addition to the healing modalities of reiki and tuning fork therapy.

Renewal, Rebirth, Balance :  At the Spring Equinox, the Earth reaches a moment of true balance, with the Sun positioned over the equator and both hemispheres receiving nearly equal light and darkness. 

This brief equilibrium marks a threshold, as the Northern Hemisphere begins its gradual tilt toward the Sun and the energy of the planet shifts from rest into renewal. The land, the body, and natural rhythms quietly awaken in response to increasing light and warmth. 

This moment reflects The Gentle Opening, a pause where balance is felt before movement begins. It is a time that supports soft renewal rather than forceful change, inviting the nervous system to settle and recalibrate. 

Through sound and stillness, we align with the Earth’s natural rhythm of rebirth and balance. In honoring this turning point, we allow space for renewal to unfold with ease and intention.

We will start with a Cacao blessing. Pure cacao acts as a gentle, plant-based heart opener that physically stimulates the cardiovascular system. It enhances mindfulness, creativity, and emotional connection.
