- Bring yoga mat + 1 or 2 blanket (warmth!) & small pillow

NEW YEAR INTENTIONS with NEW MOON BEGINNINGS:
A negative mind will never give you a positive life.
The new moon supports intention setting because it marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. Just as seeds are planted in dark soil before growth appears, intentions set during the new moon are believed to take root beneath the surface before gradually manifesting.
This phase encourages clarity, trust, and alignment, helping people consciously choose what they want to cultivate in their lives, while releasing outdated thoughts, ways and mindsets.
SOUND + ENDING INTENTION SETTING
Our bodies are an electric concert of pulsating vibrational frequencies and dynamic rhythmic patterns that move with our emotions and shift with each thought affecting our physical bodies.
The Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs other sounding instruments have an incredible calming effect on the central nervous system because the receptors of our cells respond INSTANTLY to frequencies.
