There’s a sweetness in the small ways we come back to ourselves. A hand on the heart, a long exhale, a sound that opens a bit of space inside. It’s these subtle, little moments that remind you you’re still here, still worthy of your own awareness and gentleness. 

When you feel at peace, you are more healthy, your mind works better, you are more emotionally stable, and you have more access to higher energies and a connection to your spirit.

As we enter the Christmas season, the greatest gift we can give ourselves and to others is the genuine love that comes through a peaceful heart.

INSPIRATION:

Rooted in the ancient Greek word for ‘anointed,’ Christo represents a timeless, universal energy that brings presence, love, and clarity to anyone who tunes into it.  Today, we refer to it as Christ Consciousness, which Buddha, Jesus and other great spiritual leaders possessed.

Note: this energy isn’t tied to religion or belief, it’s available to everyone. When you connect with it, even for a moment, it helps you move through life with more clarity, calm, and compassion.

The Greek word “christos” (χριστός) dates back to ancient Greek, specifically around the 5th–4th century BCE in classical texts, though the root verb “chríō” (χρίω), meaning “to anoint,” is older and appears in earlier Greek writings.

I've always been fascinated with the ONE CLEAR power and energy that sparks an ignition in our hearts and minds to lead a life that brings out the best in ourselves and others.

As we enter the holiday season (when we are tested the most!) this night will remind us of that beauty, that love and that light within us. 

When we radiate this energy, we really look and feel younger, people tend to lean into to our energy, and we enjoy things more....even all the little annoying things. Truly!
