In 2023 we held our first FLOWER & SOUND Sound bath and by popular demand,  I've designed this small group experience to offer a more deeper sensory experience.

EVERYTHING PROVIDED for you:

- Anti-gravity chairs

- 1 blanket for each participant. Feel free to bring your own.

- Eye covers

- Water

We're creating a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere for everyone to safely enjoy their experience.  Our intention is for a positive, mindful  session promoting well-being  for everyone.

We will be offering these 1X a MONTH!

• LOCATION:  5200 Shrewsbury Ave, St. Louis, MO 63119 
• NEW  STARTING TIME: 7PM
• Doors open:  6:45pm   
• Sound Bath: 7:00 – 8:15pm
• Bring yoga mat + 1 or 2 blanket (warmth!)  & small pillow
• Something to throw over your eyes (optional)

FACTS:  our hearts, physics, and the Earth’s electromagnetic field all connect—and their intersection is both incredible and intuitive.

During this NEW MOON we will end our sound bath with a heart-focused meditation as  we will be poised perfectly during the NEW MOON with a inner focus.

NEW MOONS, what do they mean? During a New Moon is when the Sun and Moon are in the same zodiac sign, occupying the same region of the sky.

Symbolically, that’s significant because the Sun represents conscious awareness and direction, while the Moon relates to emotional processing and instinct. 

During the New Moon, these two influences are aligned.

This is why the New Moon has long been associated with 

beginnings,  intention-setting, and inward attention … because of the universal aspects of rhythm, light, and alignment.
