Ancient Maya sound carries us toward what exists beyond the visible, where earth, air, water and fire become rhythm, vibration and movement. Hand drums, thunder gourds, rain sticks and layered gongs are woven with the softer resonance of crystal singing bowls, moving between the elemental and the stillness within.

For the Maya, sound and ceremony were ways of moving between the visible and unseen worlds, restoring balance, communicating with the sacred, and bringing the human body and spirit back into harmony with the greater forces of nature and existence.

We tap into the energies beyond our everyday waking life and slip into the beautiful inner world that sound so powerfully can offer us.

The only thing you need to do is lie back, and listen. 

The biochemical shifts that happen in the mind and body help to:

-Set your mind free from the relentless chatter

-Connect to a deep calm in the body

SVOUND Energy SPA DAYS are 2 hour sessions designed to offer an incredibly deep experience that goes far beyond the norm. Two practitioners work with you simultaneously, providing hands on Reiki healing while vibrational sound waves move up and down the spine, guiding the nervous system into a profound state of calm that most people have never experienced before.

Beyond relaxing, this is true restoration. An UNPARALLELED experience.

We offer SPA DAYS one weekend each month. This is for everyone.
